Are these tiles suitable for use in outside area?
Our advice: Porcelain tiles are suitable for outdoor use, however, we would not usually recommend using Polished porcelain outdoors as when it rains this could become quite slippery. Thanks.

What colour grout goes best with these tiles? Not sure on grey or white?
Our advice: The most popular grout and the colour we would recommend is Ultracolor Manhattan (SKU: 6011005A) which is a pale grey colour.

Our advice: Yes, this tile would be suitable for underfloor heating. Please note that these tiles do require sealing also.

If some of the tiles are delivered and they are damaged, do you send out free replacements?
Our advice: Yes, providing all damages are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence, there will be no problem in replacing them.

What does sealed mean
Our advice: Sealing a tile would prevent any dirt or residue getting absorbed in the tile, as this is a polished tile would recommend sealing this tile to aid with maintenance.
